 Tuesday 1st January: New Year’s Day traditional lunchtime at the Cherry Tree, Steventon, with Icknield Way

Saturday 2nd March: Vale Islanders Ale, Buckland.

Saturday 16th March: Armaleggan Ale, Cumnor.

Thursday 21st March: Mayors’ Challenge.  The Mayor of Ock Street’s team took on The Mayor of Abingdon’s team at pub games in the Brewery Tap, and lost for a change (score was 14-15).

Sunday 31st March: Abingdon pub tour in honour of Callum Fleming’s baptism.  Baptist Church / Brewery tap, Punch Bowl and Kings Head & Bell. Followed by a music session.

Sunday 15th April: Abingdon Head of River rowing event. Weather was good for a change.

Sunday 21st April: Oxford Folk Weekend, dancing at the Castle in between showers.

Tuesday 23rd April: St George’s Day pub tour of Abingdon (Kings Head & Bell and the Punch Bowl) with some music afterwards in the Punch Bowl. 

Wednesday 1st May: May Morning in Oxford followed by dancing at a wedding ceremony at the Guildhall in the afternoon.

Thursday 2nd May: Prince of Wales, Shippon, with Old Speckled Hen.

Wednesday 8th May: Danced at the installation of the new Civic Mayor of Abingdon at the Guildhall.

Saturday 11th May: St Nicolas school fete.

Sunday 12th May: Cherry Tree, Steventon, Beer Festival.  Dancing and music session.

Saturday 18th May: Moulton (Northants) May Cart Festival.

Monday 27th May: Harwell Feast, procession and lots of dancing.

Saturday 1st June: Danced at Abingdon Dance Festival / Fun in the Park.

Saturday 8th June:  Danced at Clifton Hampden Fete.

Sunday 9th June:  Danced at Eastbury Fete.

Sunday 16th June: Danced for Mayor’s Service at Baptist Church, Ock Street, then pub tour in Abingdon (Punch Bowl and Anchor) with Vale Islanders.  Music session in Anchor.

Saturday 22nd June: Election of the Mayor of Ock Street with guest team Berkshire Bedlam.  Roger Cox was re-elected Mayor of Ock Street for 2013/2014.  Results were: Roger Cox 106 votes, Harry Knight 83 votes, Duncan Brown 72 votes.

Saturday 29th June: Danced at Milton Village fete. 

Saturday 13th July: Danced at Warborough’s Got to Dance.

Thursday 18th July: Pub tour, Crown & Horns East llsley, Harrow West llsley.

Wednesday 24th July: Pub Tour, Victoria Arms, Old Marston with Armaleggan and Summertown.

Saturday 27th July: Kings Head & Bell.

Thursday 15th August: Pub Tour, Prince of Wales, Shippon.

Thursday 22nd August: Pub tour, North Star, Steventon. 

Sunday 25th August: Kings Head & Bell beer festival.  Dancing and music for the afternoon and early evening.

Sunday 1st September: Wallingford Bunkfest.  Dancing all day as usual.

Saturday 14th September: Heritage Day.  Dancing under County Hall, drinking in the Punch Bowl and an afternoon music session in the Kings Head & Bell with local folk singers and others. 

Sunday 13th October: Cherry Tree, Steventon, beer festival.  Not too much dancing because of the rain, but music inside for most of the afternoon.

Saturday 30th November: Christmas Extravaganza.  In the parade as usual, then danced on Market Place (twice) and outside the Punch Bowl.

Tuesday 17th December: Mummers Out of Town Tour – Plum Pudding (Milton – what was the Admiral Benbow), Cherry Tree (Steventon), Fox (Steventon), North Star (Steventon), Wheatsheaf (Drayton), Red Lion (Drayton).

Thursday 19th December: Mummers Town Tour – Punch Bowl, Kings Head & Bell, Old Anchor, Crown & Thistle, Broad Face, Conservative Club, Brewery Tap

The Mummers collected a total of £407.42 for the Abingdon Breakaway Club.
